They were unusual in that they have a service is that has the three elements of a great business: personal service (being easy to work with), professional in their business dealings, (on time, clear in their service offerings, very competitive prices) and doing the job well - they do more than expected and they do it well. Further, they did the unexpected by coming by our office twice to make sure that the natural light would work for the business shots at the time of day we were available.
